Ground Allspice (Pimienta Dulce Molida) is ground from the dried allspice berries of an evergreen tree found in the Caribbean and Latin America. It is called allspice because it contains all the sweet and warm flavors of cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg – swap in allspice as a one-for-one substitute for any of these spices.
